Not happy? Email us within 14 days of a subscription charge and we'll refund it.
Pay-as-you-go packs
Pay-as-you-go minute packs are refundable if unused. If you've used part of a pack, contact support and we'll sort it out case by case.
Failed jobs
You never need a refund for a failed verification: if a job fails on our side, its minutes are returned to your balance automatically.
How to request a refund
Email support@videospellchecker.com from the email address on your account. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
